Orders and delivery. Please include your order number.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items. Please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number, a short description and photographs of the issue. See our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Size exchanges. If you have chosen the wrong size, email us within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and the size you would like. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Exchanges are for another size of the same garment, subject to availability and conditions. Return postage is at your cost, and a delivery charge applies to send your new size (S$15 Singapore, S$20 Malaysia, S$30 Thailand, S$35 Indonesia).

Cancellations. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Requests are reviewed case by case, depending on the status of your order.

Sizing advice. Tell us the piece you are considering and your usual size, and we are happy to advise before you order.
